Express Smoke Shop processes and ships orders within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping availability is determined by product type and state regulations. Items that cannot legally be shipped to a specific state will not have shipping options available at checkout for that location and therefore cannot be purchased. In the event a technical error allows an order to be placed for products that cannot legally be shipped to the selected destination, the order will be reviewed and cancelled, and a full refund will be issued for the affected items or the entire order if necessary.

Mixed Orders
If your order contains multiple product types, shipping eligibility will be determined based on the most restrictive product in your cart. If an item in your order cannot legally be shipped to your state, it will be removed and refunded before your order is processed.
Carrier Restrictions
Some products must be shipped using specific carriers due to carrier policies and shipping regulations. If an order contains items that cannot be shipped together through the same carrier, the order may need to be split and shipped in separate packages. In these cases, items will be packaged and shipped separately using the appropriate carriers required for those products.
Age Verification
All customers purchasing age-restricted products must meet the legal age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction. Identity and age verification must be successfully completed prior to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco or nicotine products in your state or locality.
In the event of a technical error where age verification is not completed before an order is placed, we will contact the customer via email with instructions to complete the required verification. Orders cannot be fulfilled or shipped until age verification has been successfully completed.
Express Smoke Shop reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally fulfilled due to federal, state, or local regulations.
